My Story

Sue Patrick brings a rare combination of experience, heart, and trusted guidance to every real estate relationship. Originally from the Midwest, Sue has proudly called The Triangle home for more than 40 years. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University, earning degrees in Environmental Science and Forestry, and has deep roots and extensive knowledge of the Raleigh area and surrounding communities.

With more than eight years in real estate and a career dedicated to new home sales for builders, Sue has helped over 300 families successfully purchase homes — and counting. Personally, she understands the process from both sides, having bought and sold six homes herself. Her commitment to excellence has earned her numerous honors, including President's Club, Salesperson of the Year, and recognition in the Top 2% nationwide for customer service among new home purchasers.

Before entering real estate, Sue spent over 20 years as a national speaker and author focused on improving the quality of homeschooling education. That background shaped her ability to communicate clearly, listen carefully, and guide clients with patience and confidence through important life decisions.

Sue is known for being deeply relationship-driven. Her clients know they are never treated like just another transaction. She understands that buying or selling a home can feel exciting, emotional, unpredictable, and sometimes overwhelming — and she takes pride in being a steady, reliable advocate every step of the way.

Outside of work, Sue enjoys kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking, and has been a passionate potter for more than 20 years. She and her husband have two adult children who both still live in the Raleigh area, making The Triangle not only her market, but truly home.
